Rack systems
Product range of ZENIT Kft. includes shelves, mezzazine floor, pallet, cantilever and industrial racks, rack systems and podiums. We always offer solution for the current intra-logistic problem, offering to our customers warehousing technology equipment, shelf and rack systems of our own design.
Our offering include the following main rack types:
Pallet racking:
pallet racks are the most widely used rack systems.
Standard rack frames are 8-10 meters high, but in case of high warehouses they reach 14 meters.
Drive-in and drive-through racks:
in case of drive-in racks, servicing is only possible from one side (LIFO method).In case of drive-through racks, on the other, load-in takes place on one side, and unloading takes place simultaneously on the other side (FIFO method).
utilization of the loading space is 75% more favorable, than the utilization of the pallet
racks.
Pallet live storage:
pallet system roller racks are made up of lined up rack frames forming channels. Loading is performed on one side of the live storage, unloading on the other side.
Moving pallet racks:
mobile rack line mounted on frame and chassis, and can be moved by mechanical force on wheels, mostly along the rails built in the flooring. A working corridor can be opened at any point of the rack system. Utilization of the loading space is 50% more favorable, than the utilization of the pallet racks.
Hand serviced shelf racks:
on the screw-connected or connectable shelf racks assembled from multiple units located along the rack corridor all storage places can be accessed from the corridor, goods are stored or removed manually.
Moving shelf racks:
mobile rack line mounted on frame and chassis, and can be moved by hand using handles, crank or engine force on wheels, mostly along the rails built in the flooring. With the application of this rack type, 50% warehouse space can be saved; the warehouse capacity increase may even reach 100%.
High shelf racks:
connectable, machine-served shelf rack with 100% shelf utilization. Shelf frames can be built up to 12 meters height.
AKL (automated high shelf rack):
the automated transport unit storage system ensures the best space saving for the storage of small transport units in high quantities, in storage bins, loading trays or container.
Large span shelf rack:
medium heavy shelf storage racks (up to 500-600 kg/shelf).Rack structures are connectable, each shelf element forms a unit with a beam pair.
Reloadable roller racks:
reloadable roller racks work according to the FIFO principle, handling small transport units or packages of any size.
Mezzazine floor rack:
multi-level screw-connected or connectable, manually served shelf racks. Rack frames hold the walking levels, from which - if needed - up to 4 can be implemented in the up to 12-meter high rack system.
Podium:
podiums are self-supporting steel structure suitable for personal and machine traffic. Components of the structures are manufactured based on tailored design, by cutting, drilling, welding, painting or with metallic coating.
Cantilever rack:
cantilever racks can be built longitudinally, virtually without limitation. These racks are suitable for the storage of long materials, such as beams, pipe and plates, and can be lengthened at will.
